The Decent Work Institute (ITD in Portuguese) is a civil society organization based in Salvador-Bahia that implements activities all over the country with the goal of promoting human rights in the world of work, decent work, and sustainable development, focusing on the socioeconomic integration of vulnerable people, groups, and communities.

Supporting decent work in Bahia’s cocoa industry

Funded by the British Embassy in Brazil, the project applies social dialogue as a mobilization tool for collective action to promote decent work in Bahia’s cocoa chain of production.

A consultancy that offered specialized technical support to promote gender integration in the State Climate and Environmental Services System (SECISA), funded by the International Conservation in Brazil.
